What Is the Sleep Calculator?
One big question we keep asking is, for how long do you need to sleep? As we all know, sleep is the best form of resting. However, due to the demands of a modern lifestyle, we might not be getting the correct amount of sleep in order to stay healthy.
This is where our sleep cycle calculator comes in. It is a "best time to sleep and wake up calculator" that helps you regulate your sleep and wake up time. Before using the Sleep Calculator, keep in mind that, as an adult, you should have five or six cycles of sleep (90 minutes per cycle).
