The Fitbit Charge 5 tracks your sleep quality by monitoring how long you spend in light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep.

If your alarm wakes you up during REM sleep, it can make you feel groggy. If you're a heavy sleeper, this can make waking up even harder.

But this watch offers more than just an alarm. It also displays the time and date, making it perfect for everyday use.

Will you ever need to take it off!? I doubt it, especially considering it's water-resistant, so you can wear it in the shower!

Although it displays the time and date, they can be difficult to see in natural sunlight. There is a backlight, but who wants to press buttons when they want to check the time, right!?

Also, I found it rather bulky. This may be okay for some people; however, I prefer a smaller and more sleek-looking design. Still, that doesn't take away from the fact it's super durable and designed to last for a long time, providing it's maintained correctly.
